Omigossshh, this is so cute ^____^ I really really love the way you blend colours together in Paint I love her long flowy hair and her little horns...I love the way you coloured them: Great effect! I like how it emphasizes the segmentation of the horns. Her eyes look really cute, and I love the squidgey flowy ghostly green aura around her tail. I like the use of the white lines on the green, makes it look more itherial...If that is the correct word (It probably isn't but oh well XD) The shading is gorgeous, I love her little blue nose and the way you coloured her muzzle and her paws look so awesome
